The key: "Free" is honest because completers get their money back. You're not giving anything away — you're rewarding behavior.
The 3 Official Challenge Rules
These 3 rules are exactly what you show everywhere — on page, in contract, in emails, on the call.
1
Plan Together
Both of you attend a 20–30 minute fit + planning call. Both partners required. If approved and your date is open, the $300 commitment deposit is collected on this call.
2
Show Up & Share
Attend your Save-the-Date session (or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead). At the end of the session, record a 30–60 second on-camera reaction about how the shoot felt.
3
Premiere & Review
Join a live Zoom Premiere together to watch your first edit. Record a short 30–60 second testimonial on Zoom after watching. Leave a Google review within 7 days of receiving your final Save-the-Date.
Credit Structure
Win TypeAmountNotes
Cash refund$300 backNo strings
Essential credit$400 off $2,600Net $2,200
Signature credit$600 off $3,800Net $3,200
Cinematic Legacy credit$800 off $5,000Net $4,200
Incentive gap: By choosing credit over cash, they get an extra $100–$500 of value. This nudges completers toward booking instead of refunding.
Where the credit math lives:
  • Ads → don't mention credits or math. Just "win your deposit back."
  • Landing page → mention credit exists, deeper table mid-page.
  • Premiere/Sales call → this is where you reveal the exact numbers and let them choose.

6 modular filming blocks — film each option separately, assemble in edit
How to use: Film every option in each block as a standalone take in a different location. In editing, pick one from each block and assemble — they should flow naturally. Lines from any block can be moved into the middle of the ad if they fit the moment. In planning mode, you can pre-mix elements before shoot day.
Absolute Favorites (Film First) ACQ AI tightened wording + unified CTA endings

Record these first. Gold-trim boxes are your favorites of the favorites. This is the tightened ACQ AI version with your preferred wording. Keep the full section library collapsed below, then pull alternates only if needed.

Explain the Challenge (Simple Ad Version)
But what is a free save-the-date challenge you ask! Here’s how it works if we’re a good fit and your date is available: First, we do a quick fit call and you put down a fully refundable $300 deposit to lock your Save-the-Date session. Next, we plan your session and you show up on film day. Then about a week later, we hop on a short Zoom premiere to watch your film together. Do all three, you get your $300 back and your Save-the-Date film is basically free.
"Apply, lock a fit call, and if accepted place a $300 deposit. Complete three steps. Get your Save-the-Date film free."
Backup lines

04 Explain the Challenge Simple challenge framing · details live in VSL/call
Explain A — Primary ad version · 30–45s
Here's how the Free Save-the-Date Film Challenge works, and I'm only doing this for the next 10 couples. You submit the form and lock a fit call. If you are accepted and your date is open, you place a $300 commitment deposit on that call to lock your Save-the-Date session. Then you complete three simple steps: we do a short planning call together, you show up to your Save-the-Date session, and you join me on a quick Zoom premiere to watch your film. Do all three, and you win your deposit back. That's it. Three steps, deposit back, first film essentially free.
Explain B — Free trial angle · use as seasoning mid-ad
Think of it as a free trial for your wedding film — you get to try out your filmmaker before the big day.
Explain C — Ultra compressed · great right before CTA
Apply, lock a fit call, and if accepted place a $300 deposit. Complete three steps. Get your Save-the-Date film free.
Explain D — Challenge tone · punchy
Ten spots. Apply and lock your fit call. If accepted, place your $300 deposit on that call. Complete the challenge — planning call, show up, join the premiere — and you win your money back. Three steps, deposit back, Save-the-Date essentially free.
📱 Instagram Education Bridge — use in VSL & Confirmation Video
VSL Insert — cold audience, never seen a save the date film
And if you're not sure what a Save the Date film actually is — or you want to come to our brainstorming session already knowing what you like — go check out my Instagram at idofilms.co. We have over a hundred Save the Date films up there. You'll get a really clear picture of what this looks like and what's possible, before we even get on a call.
Confirmation Video — after booking, prepping for brainstorm
Before our planning call, I want you to do one thing — go to my Instagram at idofilms.co and scroll through some of our Save the Date films. There's about a hundred of them up there. It'll give you a solid feel for what's possible and help you come to our brainstorming session with ideas already in mind for what you want yours to look like.
Short — quick mid-VSL mention
If you have no idea what a Save the Date film even looks like — go to idofilms.co on Instagram. About a hundred examples, all right there. You'll know exactly what you want before our first call.
05 Filter Lines Drop one anywhere in the ad · repels wrong-fit leads

Film these as short standalone lines. Drop one near the end of Explain or just before the CTA. At least one should appear in every finished ad.

Identity — Memory
"For couples who already know they want a wedding film — and want to actually feel that day again in ten years."
Budget Signal
"This is only for couples who already know they want a wedding film, haven't booked a videographer yet, and are planning to put real budget behind video — not $500 and hoping for the best."
Short Identity
"For couples who already know they want a wedding film."
Plan Check
"If wedding video is already part of your plan, this is for you."
Soft Qualifier
"It's not for everyone... but if this sounds like you, you're probably my people."

Usage Plan
Use Option 1 paid copy + "I'M LOOKING FOR 10 NASHVILLE COUPLES" headline for the main paid launch.

Use Caption 1 for the main organic Reel launch (comment automation).

Use Captions 2–5 for reposts, retargeting, and future rounds.

Keep the same challenge spine across all versions so your audience does not get confused.
VSL System (Pre-Call + Post-Booking)
Run two VSLs: VSL 1 sells the Challenge + application. VSL 2 boosts show rate and call readiness.
Keep this warm and calm in delivery, but direct in structure. This follows the Hormozi challenge spine: Promise, Pain, Proof, Plan, Filter, CTA.
VSL Placement (VSL Sandwich)
  • VSL 1 (3-4 min): Landing page video before the application form.
  • VSL 2 (60-90 sec): Confirmation page + confirmation email/SMS after call booking.
  • Goal of VSL 1: Sell the Challenge, filter bad-fit couples, pre-frame form + call + deposit-on-call logic.
  • Goal of VSL 2: Increase show rate, get both partners on call, prep decision readiness, and warm them with IG binge proof.
Pre-Shoot Notes
  • Film in a natural, clean setting (not your office, not in front of a logo wall)
  • Talk to one couple, not an audience
  • Film 2-3 takes per section (one steady, one warmer, one shorter)
  • Capture cutaways: Save-the-Date clips, planning call visuals, Zoom premiere reactions, BTS direction moments
  • Keep audio clean and delivery conversational; no hypey sales voice
VSL 1 - Landing Page Script (3-4 Minutes, Primary)
Open with proof (0:00-0:10)

[Cut in testimonial reaction clip first, then hard-cut to camera.]

"Oh my goodness. That was amazing. I felt like I was reliving it again... every moment was captured."
Section 1 - Promise + Pain (0:10-0:45)

"Hey, I'm Bebo from I Do Films here in Nashville.

If you are watching this, you are probably in that crazy planning season, venue, photo, catering, and then film.

After eight years filming weddings, I keep seeing the same thing, most couples either rush the film decision or skip it, then regret it later.

It is not because they do not care, it is because picking a filmmaker feels like a big commitment when you have never worked with them before.

Because picking a wedding filmmaker is scary. So I built a way to try before you commit."
Section 2 - Name + Big Promise (0:45-1:15)

"It's called the Free Save-the-Date Film Challenge.

You and your fiance do a real Save-the-Date with me, and if you complete three simple steps, that first film ends up free.

Think of it like a free trial for your wedding film. You get to see how I plan, how I direct, and how I tell your story before the wedding day."
Section 3 - Who It's For / Not For (1:15-2:10)

"I want to be really clear on who this is for.

This one is for couples who already know they want a wedding film, couples who care about vows, family, and faith moments that still matter ten years from now.

If film is a maybe, if you are trying to stay under $1,500, or if you already booked someone, this is not the right fit.

Our collections start around $2,800, and most Challenge couples land between $3,000 and $5,000 for the full wedding film.

If that sounds like you all, here is how it works."
Section 4 - Rules + Money, crystal clear (2:10-3:10)

"To join the Challenge, you submit the form and pick a call time.

On that call, we confirm fit, check your date, and if everything lines up, you place a $300 commitment deposit to lock your Save-the-Date session.

You win that $300 back when you do three simple things:

Step one, planning call together.
Step two, show up for your Save-the-Date session and share a quick reaction on camera.
Step three, join the Zoom premiere and leave a short Google review.

Do those three, and you win it back, cash refund or bigger wedding credit."
Section 5 - Back End (soft transition, no pressure)

"And here's the part a lot of couples love: on the Premiere call, after we watch your film, I'll walk you through the wedding collections - what's included, what the investment looks like, and how your Challenge credit applies if you decide to move forward.

There's zero pressure. If we're a fit, great. If not, you still have a beautiful Save-the-Date film to send to your guests and a clear sense of what you want from video."
Section 6 - Why I'm Doing This (real talk)

"Just to be transparent: I'm not doing this because I'm slow on bookings. I've filmed over 200 weddings in eight years, and referrals are still my number one source.

I'm doing this because the couples who experience working with me before their wedding are always calmer on the day. They trust the process, they're not anxious about the camera, and the films come out better.

This Challenge lets me give you that experience upfront, and it lets me work only with couples who actually care about their memories."
Section 7 - CTA (exact close)

"If this sounds like you, fill out the short form right below and lock a call time.

It takes about two minutes.

I read every application myself. If it looks like a fit and your date is open, we keep your call and meet on Zoom.

On that call we make sure this fits your day, and if it feels right for both sides, we lock your Challenge spot together.

I am only opening 10 spots this round so every couple gets real attention.

If this resonates with you, apply now and I will see you on Zoom.

I'm Bebo, this is I Do Films, and I hope to meet you both soon."
VSL 1 - Mobile Cut (2 Minutes)
"Most couples pick their wedding filmmaker once, hope it works out, and live with that choice forever. So I created a way for you to try it first.

I'm Bebo from I Do Films, and I film story-first wedding days for faith-centered, family-forward couples in Nashville.

I'm running the Free Save-the-Date Film Challenge. You apply, we do a fit call, and if accepted you place a $300 deposit to lock your spot.

Then you do three simple steps and win it back.

Think of it as a free trial for your wedding film, so you can feel the whole process before the wedding day.

If you already know you want a wedding film, apply below. Ten spots this round, I personally review every application."
VSL 2 - Post-Booking Confirmation Video (60-90s)
"Hey, it's Bebo from I Do Films.

If you are seeing this, you already applied and locked a time, so first, congrats on your engagement.

Quick heads up so this call goes really smooth.

One, please come on together, this works best when both of you are there.

Two, watch three or four Save-the-Date films on @idofilms.co and note what feels most like you all.

Three, add this meeting to your Google Calendar or Apple Calendar right now so you do not miss it.

Four, check your spam or promotions folder for the confirmation email, then star it so it stays easy to find.

Five, come ready to decide if this is the right fit. If it is, and your date is open, we lock your Challenge spot on that call.

See you all soon."

• Your budget for video is under $1,500
• You're looking for a freebie without plans to invest in a full wedding film

Our wedding collections start at $2,600, and most challenge couples invest between $3,000 and $4,000 for their wedding film.

If you love the experience, you already know exactly what your wedding film will feel like.
If you don't, you still walk away with a beautiful Save-the-Date you can send to guests and post everywhere.

Either way, you're not trapped.

Section 9 — About Bebo
Section Headline
I'm Abanob — Bebo.

I've been filming story-first wedding days in Nashville for eight years. 200+ weddings. Church ceremonies, Orthodox rites, big Greek receptions, intimate backyard vows — I've filmed them all.

My couples describe the experience as calm. Unhurried. Like I'd been part of the family already.

I created the Save-the-Date Challenge because the couples who work with me before their wedding always show up differently on their wedding day. They're calmer. More present. And the films reflect that.

This is the best thing I've built for couples who want to start their story right.

Section 11 — FAQ
Q: Is this really free?
A: For couples who complete all 3 steps — yes. You place a $300 commitment deposit on your fit call after approval and date check. When you complete the challenge, you win it back. For couples who book a wedding film, the Save-the-Date ends up costing $0.

Q: What if we don't book a wedding film?
A: No awkwardness. You complete the 3 steps, win your $300 back, and keep your finished Save-the-Date film. You still walk away with something real.

Q: What if we miss one of the steps?
A: The rules are designed to be easy — they're things you'd want to do anyway. If something comes up, reach out and we'll work it out. The only hard rule: don't ghost. If you go silent and don't reschedule, the session fee is forfeited.

Q: What if we're not in Nashville?
A: The challenge is designed for Nashville / Southeast couples. Travel beyond 30 miles of downtown Nashville is billed separately and is not part of the refundable deposit.

Q: What if we want a bigger Save-the-Date session?
A: The challenge includes up to 90 minutes, one location, and one outfit change. Upgrades are billed separately and aren't covered by the refundable deposit.

Q: Can we combine this with other discounts?
A: This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, referral credits, or past offers.

Q: What if we already booked a videographer?
A: This challenge is specifically for couples who haven't chosen their wedding filmmaker yet. It wouldn't be fair to reserve a spot someone else needs.

Quick real talk on why I built this challenge.

When couples do a Save-the-Date with me first, wedding day feels different.
They are calmer.
They trust the process.
They are way more present with each other and family.

And the film comes out better because we already know how to work together.

Planning + Enrollment Call

30-40 min · Goal: Qualify fit | Enroll into Challenge | Collect $300 deposit | Lock session date

Pre-Call Checklist

1) Open / Frame (2 min)

"Hey [Name] and [Name]!! So good to meet you both, and congrats again on the engagement." "I have about 30 to 40 minutes blocked. Here is the game plan, first I want to hear exactly what you want from your film and where you are in the decision. Then I will walk you through the Challenge. If it is a fit and your date is open, we lock your spot today with the $300 deposit and pick your session date. Sound good?" (Wait for yes and take leadership.)

2) Discovery (10-15 min)

"Cool, give me the quick version first, date, venue, what is already booked." "Have you talked with any other filmmakers yet, or is this your first real call?" "When you picture your film 10 years from now, what has to be in there so you all do not feel regret?" "What are you most nervous about, being awkward on camera, picking the wrong style, or spending money and still feeling unsure?" "Whose voices and moments matter most to you all, vows, parents, prayers, speeches?" "Where are you right now, just starting, seriously comparing, or ready to lock someone in the next 30 to 60 days?" "And what budget range are you all planning for film?" (Recap in their words) "Perfect, so what I am hearing is [top priorities], and you want to avoid [main fear]. Is that right?"

3) Transition to Pitch (1 min)

"Love it. Based on what you just shared, you all are exactly who this Challenge is for." "Want me to walk you through it super simple, then we decide together if it is the right fit?"

4) Pitch (5-7 min)

"Alright, here is the simple version. This is a free trial for your wedding film. You do a real Save-the-Date with me first, so you are not hiring blind." "To lock your spot, there is a $300 commitment deposit. Then you complete 3 steps. Step one, this planning call with both of you. Step two, you show up to the session and give a quick reaction on camera. Step three, we do your Zoom premiere and you leave a short Google review." "If you do those 3, you win the $300 back. You can take it as cash back, or use it as a bigger credit on your wedding collection." "What you get is up to 90 minutes, one location, one outfit change, and your delivered Save-the-Date film."

5) Proof + Investment + Close (3-5 min)

"[INSERT PROOF CLIP/STORY HERE: skeptical couple to comfortable session to wedding booking]" "Most couples I work with end up between $2,600 and $5,000 for the full wedding film. This Challenge is the lower risk way to test fit first." "So if you all feel good, we can lock your spot right now with the $300 deposit. Want to do that?" (If yes) "Amazing, I am sending the payment link now, I will stay right here while you complete it." "Perfect, you are in. Let's lock your session date now before we hop off." (If no) "No problem at all. What feels unclear right now, timing, trust, or budget?"

6) Objection Handling Mini-Scripts

"We need to think about it."

"Totally fair. Usually when couples say that, one specific thing still feels unclear. What is the one thing you all need to feel good about before saying yes?"

"We are still comparing."

"Makes total sense, you should compare. The only thing I do not want for you all is comparing only on price and still guessing on fit. This Challenge gives you real proof first. Want to lock your spot so you can compare from experience, not just promises?"

"Money is tight right now."

"I hear you, wedding cash flow is real. That is exactly why I built it this way. You are not paying for random guesswork, you are testing fit first, and if you complete the 3 steps you win it back. Do you want to lock one of the 10 spots and protect your date?"

Post-Call Actions

→ Collect $300 deposit live on call (do not end call unpaid if they said yes)
→ Lock session date/time/location while still on call
→ Send challenge confirmation email + receipt + rules recap
→ Add CRM tags: Qualified + Deposit Paid + Rule 1 Complete

Script 2

Shoot Day Words

What to say at the start, during, and at the end of the session

At the Start — Arriving / Greeting

"Hey! Great to finally meet you in person. Congrats again — you both look great." "So here's what we're going to do. We've got about 90 minutes. No agenda, no posing. I'm just going to take you around, give you little prompts, and we'll see what feels natural." "The only rule is: ignore my camera. Talk to each other. If you laugh, laugh. If it's weird at first, it gets better fast — I promise." "Any questions before we start?"

During the Session — Prompts to Use

"Walk toward me like you're just arriving somewhere you love."
"Turn to each other and tell them one thing you love about them — doesn't have to be serious."
"What's the first thing you're going to do together after the wedding?"
"Look at each other — not me. Just like you're waiting for something."
"One of you — whisper something in their ear. Anything."
"Just laugh. At anything. Go."

At the End — The On-Camera Reaction (Rule 2)

(Set up naturally — don't make it feel like a formal interview.) "Okay — last thing, and I promise it's easy. Part of the challenge is just a quick on-camera moment. I'm going to ask you two questions, and you just answer honestly. Pretend I'm not even here — just talk to each other." QUESTION 1: "How were you feeling before today? Like — what were you expecting?" (Let them answer naturally. Don't interrupt.) QUESTION 2: "And now that you've done it — how does it feel?" (This is gold for marketing. Capture it warm and unscripted.) CLOSING: "That's it. That was amazing — thank you both. I'm going to start on the edit this week and you'll have your film in about [7–10 days]. Then we'll schedule the Premiere Zoom so we can watch it together." "It was such a pleasure. See you on the Premiere call."
Script 3

Preview + Wedding Film Sales Call

30-45 min · Goal: Complete Rule 3 | Capture proof | Present cash vs credit | Close wedding collection

Pre-Call Checklist

1) Open / Frame (2 min)

"So good to see you both again. Here is our plan, we watch your film, I get your honest reaction, then I walk you through your two options, cash back or bigger credit, and the wedding collections." "By the end, we either lock your date, or we leave with a clean next step. Sound good?"

2) Discovery + Emotional Reactivation (6-8 min)

(Screen share and play the film. Stay on camera, watch their faces.) "Before we hit play, how were you all feeling before the session?" (After playback, let the silence sit.) "Okay, first reaction, what are you feeling right now?" "What moment hit you the hardest?" "If you only had photos and no film, what would you miss most from what you just watched?" "For your full wedding film, what makes it a 10 out of 10 in ten years?"

3) Transition + Rule 3 Testimonial (4-5 min)

"I love that reaction, this is exactly why we run the Challenge." "Before we talk collections, quick final step, two short on-camera questions." QUESTION 1: "Before this, what were you unsure about?" QUESTION 2: "Now that you have experienced the process, what would you tell another couple?" "Perfect, you just completed Rule 3. You officially won the Challenge."

4) Pitch + Cash vs Credit (4-6 min)

"Now you all know exactly what your film can feel like, not in theory, in real life. Same process on the wedding day, just bigger story, full day, full emotion." "Here are your two options with your $300: Option one, take it back as cash. Option two, apply it as a bigger credit toward your wedding collection." "Essential is $2,600, with credit it lands at $2,200. Signature is $3,800, with credit it lands at $3,200. Cinematic Legacy is $5,000, with credit it lands at $4,200." "Cash back is always yours. If you already know you want the wedding film, the credit gives you more value."

5) Proof + Investment Framing (2-3 min)

"[INSERT PROOF CLIP/STORY HERE: couple was hesitant, loved the film, locked the wedding package]" "Most couples at your stage land in that $3k to $5k range for full wedding coverage. The reason is simple, you are not paying for random clips. You are preserving voices, vows, and moments you cannot replay any other way."

6) Direct Close (2-4 min)

"Based on what you all said matters most, I would recommend [Essential/Signature/Legacy], mostly because [tie to their exact words]." "Do you want help with this?" (If yes) "Amazing. Do you want cash back, or do you want to apply the bigger credit and lock your date now?" "Perfect, I am dropping your agreement and retainer link in chat now." (If uncertain) "Totally fair. What feels like the real blocker right now, money, timing, or deciding between collections?"

7) Rule 3 Review Ask (before they leave)

"Last quick thing before we wrap, your Google review. You already did the hard part. It can be super short, even two honest sentences about your experience. Here is the link." (Paste in chat.) "If you do it now before we hang up, that completes the Challenge officially, then I will send your confirmation right after."

Post-Call Actions

→ If booked: contract signed + retainer paid on call
→ If not booked: send recap + 14-day credit expiry date + follow-up slot
→ Mark Rule 3 Complete in CRM and track review status
→ Trigger cash-back or credit workflow based on their choice

8) Objection Handlers (Natural Responses)

"We need to think about it."

"Of course. You should feel good before locking anything. Usually one thing still feels unclear. What is that one thing for you all right now?"

"It is too expensive."

"I hear you, it is a real investment. What you just felt in that film is exactly what you are paying to keep forever. If it helps, we can lock Essential now and you can always upgrade later. Would that make this a yes today?"

"We are comparing another videographer."

"Fair, you should compare. Now you are comparing from proof, not from promises, because you already experienced my process. If [their priority] is still your top priority, does this already answer what you needed to know?"

"Can we just take cash back and decide later?"

"Absolutely, cash back is always your right. The only tradeoff is you leave the bigger credit on the table. If you already know you want your wedding film with me, the credit gives you more value right now. Which option feels better for you all?"

9) Final Close Paths

(If yes) "Amazing, I am sending agreement and retainer now. Once it is complete, your date is locked." (If maybe) "No problem, I will soft-hold your date until [date], keep your credit active for 14 days, and send a clean recap so you can decide clearly." (If no) "Totally okay. We will process your cash back option cleanly. If plans change later and your date is still open, reach out and I will help."

Ad Campaign Structure
2026 Meta framework — one campaign · keep 1-2 ad sets until volume proves · creative diversity · strict tracking and funnel math
ACQ AI Guardrails — Low-Volume, High-Ticket
1) Keep it simple: one campaign, one primary Nashville ad set. Add a second location ad set only after Nashville is stable for 30-60 days. 2) Do not over-split early. Until you are consistently near 50+ leads/week, keep 1-2 ad sets max. 3) 20+ ads is valid at $30-50/day. If budget drops below $20/day, cut active ads to 10-12. 4) Keep TOFU/MOFU/BOFU in one ad set. Judge ad set economics, not a single TOFU row. 5) Start optimizing for Lead. Later, test a duplicate ad set optimized for Purchase using 20-30% of budget. Do not hard-switch all spend at once. 6) Build Audience Segments before launch, then check weekly. If Existing gets over 60% of spend, widen geo. 7) Angles over adjectives: trial angle vs faith/family vs regret before micro-copy tweaks. 8) Do not spend until events are verified end-to-end (Lead + Purchase) with a full fake flow.
⚠ The Old Structure Was Hurting Results — Here's Why
Old Way (Dead)New Way (2026)
Separate cold ad sets + warm retargeting ad sets One combined ad set — Meta blends cold + warm anyway
Multiple ad sets for interest targeting (weddings vs engaged etc.) One ad set — Meta treats interest inputs as suggestions, ignores them
3–5 ads max per ad set 20+ ads per ad set — Meta can now handle full creative diversity
Separate ads for each headline/copy variant 5 primary text + 5 headline variations inside ONE ad unit
TOFU / MOFU / BOFU in separate campaigns All funnel stages as ads in one ad set — Meta auto-sequences them
Conversion data split across 4+ ad sets All data consolidated → Meta optimizes faster, exits learning phase sooner
The reason: Meta's targeting is now mostly in "Suggested Audience" — it treats your inputs as signals, not hard limits. It will go beyond your cold audience targeting to find warm people, and beyond your warm audience to find cold people. Separating them creates auction overlap and splits data that should be consolidated.

BudgetControlled at campaign level (CBO)Meta allocates across ad sets based on performance
Set up Audience Segments in Meta Advertising Settings (before launching):
In Meta Business Manager → All Tools → Advertising Settings → Audience Segments: • Engaged Audience: Add IG engagers (90 days) + video viewers (25%+ in 30 days) • Existing Customers: Add past booked couples email list + any purchasers This lets you see the breakdown of new vs engaged vs existing in your ad reports, even though they're all in one ad set. You'll see how Meta allocates spend across these segments automatically.
Creative Library — 20+ Ads in One Ad Set
Meta can handle 20+ ads in one ad set. At $30-50/day keep 20+ and let delivery settle for 7-14 days. If you run under $20/day, trim to 10-12 active ads so each gets enough delivery.

Meta auto-sequences these funnel stages. You may see Meta spending budget on a TOFU ad with zero conversions — do NOT turn it off. It's being used to introduce Bebo to new people. The BOFU ads convert those people later. Killing the TOFU ad will tank the BOFU ad's performance.
Copy Testing — Inside the Ad, Not Separate Ads
Do NOT create 4 separate ads just to test 4 different headlines. Use Meta's built-in variation system instead. Each ad supports up to 5 primary text variations and 5 headline variations.

🔥 Meta Pixel — Non-Negotiable Setup
Install the Meta Pixel on your landing page BEFORE launching any ads. Without it, Meta cannot optimize for leads — it's flying blind. This tracks who visited, who submitted the form, who booked a call, and who paid the $300 deposit after fit approval.
EventWhere It FiresWhy It Matters
PageView Landing page loads Tracks all landing page visitors — used for retargeting
Lead Application form submitted (thank you page or confirmation) This is your campaign's optimization event — Meta learns who becomes a lead
InitiateCheckout (optional) Accepted couple opens invoice/payment link after fit call Tells Meta someone started the payment — useful retargeting signal
Purchase (recommended) $300 deposit paid after fit/date check (spot confirmed) Highest-value event — once you have enough data, optimize for this instead of Lead
Pixel Setup Checklist:
1
Install Pixel on Landing Page
Add Meta Pixel base code to your landing page (Squarespace / HoneyBook / custom page). Verify it fires using Meta Pixel Helper Chrome extension.
2
Set Up Conversions API (CAPI)
Pixel alone misses 30–50% of conversions due to iOS 14+ restrictions. Add Conversions API server-side tracking. Squarespace has a native integration in Settings → Advanced → External APIs.
3
Verify Lead + Purchase Events Before Spend
In Meta Events Manager, confirm PageView, Lead, and Purchase events fire in real time. Do not launch if any core event is missing.
4
Run a Full Fake Flow Test
Run one end-to-end test: ad click -> landing page -> form submit -> call booked -> test deposit payment. Verify each event in Events Manager before spending live budget.
5
Optimization Sequencing
Start with Lead optimization. Once CPL and call/deposit conversion are stable, launch a duplicate Purchase-optimized ad set with 20-30% of budget to test lift.
